At rainlxyz we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act DMCA of 1998. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement please notify us following the procedure described below.

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on rainlxyz infringes upon your copyrights you may submit a written notification by providing our Designated Agent with the following information:

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you such as an address telephone number and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner its agent or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

We will review and process your notice promptly. If we remove or disable access to the material in question we will notify the user who posted it and provide them with the opportunity to respond with a counter-notice as permitted by the DMCA.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name address and telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or if outside the United States that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where the service provider may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification we may reinstate the content in question in accordance with the DMCA.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

rainlxyz reserves the right to terminate user accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
